Glass bottle production process:
1. Ingredients, according to the designed material list, weigh various raw materials and mix them evenly in a mixer.2. Melting, heat the prepared raw materials at high temperature to form a uniform and bubble-free glass liquid.3. Forming is to transform the molten glass into a solid product with a fixed shape.4. Annealing, the glass undergoes drastic temperature changes and shape changes during the forming process. This change leaves thermal stress in the glass, which will reduce the strength and thermal stability of the glass product.
The glass bottle production process mainly includes:
① Pretreatment of raw materials. Crush the bulk raw materials (quartz sand, soda ash, limestone, feldspar, etc.), dry the wet raw materials, remove the iron in the iron-containing raw materials, and ensure the quality of the glass. Hot melt furnace
② Preparation of batch materials.
The 8S turntable machine is composed of four molds and one mold. One machine can produce 12,000 bottles a day, and the entire factory production line can produce 300,000 bottles a day. All shapes can be made, and the material weight can be adjusted flexibly.
③ Annealing furnace, cooling and strengthening
③Melting. The glass batch material is heated in a pool furnace or a pool furnace at a high temperature (1550~1600 degrees) to form a uniform, bubble-free liquid glass that meets the molding requirements.
④Forming. Put the liquid glass into the mold to make glass products of the required shape, such as flat plates, various utensils, etc.
④ Heat treatment. Through annealing, quenching and other processes, the internal stress, phase separation or crystallization of the glass is eliminated or produced, and the structural state of the glass is changed.
